Return window

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must include all original packaging and tags.

How to start a return

• Email the Luoovo team with your order number and reason for return.
• We will respond with the return instructions and address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Ship the return with a trackable carrier and keep the receipt.

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, odor, damage, or alteration. Items marked as accessories or final sale may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Exchanges

If the size or color is not right, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This avoids a waiting period for an exchange.
